I am very sad, with the new windows 10 update for my 1903-version Printer Pro desktop does not function anymore. Before it was lovely. Now: The connection closed gracefully. Please add an update for this problem!
I had to reinstall my printer to make it work. It now works from my PC. I also have been sharing the printer via the Printer Pro Desktop app, version 1.3.6. However, I am not seeing the printer now on other computers and it is not working from other devices. Do I have to reinstall the Printer Pro Desktop app? Will I have to buy it again?

No, you don't need to reinstall the Printer Pro Desktop app. Reinstalling the printer should not affect the functionality of the app. However, you may need to check the printer settings and ensure that it is correctly configured to be shared with other devices.
I used to be able to print from my iPhone and my iPad, but not since I got a new laptop. Please help, I have Windows 10 on a Dell laptop.

If you're using a previous version of the software, then it's recommended to download a new one which has Windows 10 compatibility. I've installed the Printer Pro Desktop on Windows 10 and it's working normally. My system is running on 64bit architecture. You will have to use Run as Administrator when starting the installation for the first time just to ensure that all the files are copied correctly.
After it has been installed, you can print normally like you used to. For additional information regarding installation visit the official website.
I cannot open the program as I am told it is partially installed and when I try to delete it, I am told it's running. When I tried to download and reinstall it, I was told it is open so it can't be done. Any ideas?

This is because of a malfunction that occurred while the software was installing. Somehow it managed to open the process even though it wasn't fully installed. You can open up your Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL and click on the 'Processes' tab, you should see a process named PrinterProDesktop.exe, proceed by clicking on it or select it and then kill the process by clicking the 'End process' button located at the bottom on the right of your Task Manager window.
Printer Pro stopped working so I reinstalled it on my desktop. Now, it continues to print the same files over and over. When I delete the files from my Printer Queue, they reappear and the printer starts printing again. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative tools > Services, locate the Print spooler entry and click Stop. After that, navigate to (C:) > Windows > System32 > spool > PRINTERS and delete all files from that folder. Go again to Services and restart the Print spooler service. Next, unplug your printer, wait for 1-2 minutes, plug it again and turn it on.
